The Story of the Artist

Tolga Zıpkınkurt was born in 1974 in Istanbul, Türkiye. He began his art journey as a small child. He was influenced by different aspects of the arts, such as painting, drawing, ceramics, scale modeling, short movie making, and cartoon art, and he achieved success in all his artworks.

He completed his Fine Arts education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Animation Department, in 1999. He participated in many composite exhibitions during his school life. His works have been exhibited at several European Art Festivals and Fairs. He began his professional art career as an illustrator for children’s books. He also worked as a History Consultant, Art Consultant, and Art Director. He was invited to and attended many International Festivals and Exhibitions from 1999 to 2004 as a judge. His scale models are still exhibited in several museums around the world.

He continues his artwork in his own studio in Boca Raton, Florida.
